Deep-sea salvage ship special-shaped press-welded steel grating project

1.The product order requirements are urgent, and the quality of the products of the previous peers is not up to standard and has been scrapped. Our company urgently mobilized capable personnel to go all out to deliver the products before the ship leaves the port;

2.The product shapes are mostly special-shaped parts, which are difficult to make;

3. Foreign quality inspectors have high requirements for all aspects of the products.

About the ShenDa deep-sea salvage ship: It is owned by China and flies the Chinese flag. It has passed the dual classification certification of China Classification Society and Det Norske Veritas. The ship is 185 meters long, with a full load displacement of 40,000 tons, a total installed power of 30,000 kilowatts, a level 3 dynamic positioning capability, and a cruising range of 10,000 nautical miles. The ship can carry a 24-person double-bell saturation diving module, R-type and flexible deep-water pipe laying system, equipped with an 800-ton AHC offshore crane and 2 sets of working-level ROV retracting and launching devices, and can load 4,000 tons of hard pipes and 7,000 tons of soft pipes.
