Paint-dipped Grating

Paint-dipped grating:

The process - regular untreated grate is fully soaked in paint pool after polishing or shotblasting, so as to form a painted surface. For more strict anti-corrosion requirement, the grate can also be galvanized before paint dipping.

Marks: PR - RED; PY - YELLOW; PGR - GREEN; PW - WHITE

Notes:

a) we highly recommend customers use the paint-dipped process to keep away from rusty spot;

b) recommend process with abrasive blasting before dipping paint for the paint to adhere;

c) direct dipping paint onto the grate will let it get rusty soon after delivery.
