Shelf Grating

Steel grating, especially press locked grating, is widely used in the racking industry. The use of lightweight press locked grating can effectively reduce the weight of the rack. At the same time, according to the needs of different racks, we provide a variety of shelf grating derivative products:

A U-shaped section connects two steel gratings. The entire shelf maintains the same horizontal plane, and the Shelf Grating is more stable.

This shelf locked grating with angle steel at both ends does not require fixing clips for installation, which is more convenient and widely used. Angle steel is cold-rolled and hot-rolled: cold-rolled thickness is usually 3mm, used for low loads such as pedestrian walkways; hot-rolled is usually used for heavy shelves, which can pass trolleys. Of course, we use double-sided welding on all angle steel and shelf locked grating to ensure safety.

The end bars at both ends of this shelf grating are raised, which can easily prevent the shelf grating from moving left and right. This is the most economical solution.
