4.0 Company Wind Power Steel Grating Passes Owner Acceptance

On March 27th, the single pile foundation cage structure of the 13 Dalian Zhuanghe offshore wind power plant site V project, undertaken by China Electric Power Construction, successfully completed acceptance inspection.

The construction site of this project is located in the V sea area of Zhuanghe offshore wind power plant in Dalian City, Liaoning Province. It is planned to install 28 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 250 megawatts. The maximum diameter of a single cage structure ring beam is 8.93 meters, the total height is 26.18 meters, and the weight of each unit is about 100 tons.

Among them, the steel grating is 70.365m ², Weighing 4.6 tons, the steel grating is made of Q235D low-temperature carbon steel as the raw material, meeting the severe cold requirements of minus 20 degrees Celsius in the Dalian sea surface. The 4.0 company's products have passed the owner's acceptance and received positive feedback.
